January Open Enrollment and Hartist Renewal

To become a Hartist or renew as a Hartist again apply here

No matter when you were last approved as a Hartist, you do need to reapply each year. Note: you still need to qualify according to the description on the application. Note: Each Hartist has to opportunity to receive free art supplies from our program for up to 5 years.
