This window of time is where Hartists can go to pick their box for the quarter. Why don’t we have one box per Hartist? Not everyone chooses to pick a box and if they don’t they get a random box that is just as wonderful sent their way. Why don’t we send monthly? We more than tripled the size of the package we send to Hartists when we switched to from monthly to quarterly which saves shipping costs and volunteer time.
