Active Hartists may select a quarterly package or choose “No Box this quarter.”

On the form below, you will pick one box for this quarter and confirm your mailing address for this quarter.

Below are the dates where you pick your Hartist box

Mark these on your calendar, so you don’t miss choosing your box
Q1: Your application includes your choices
Q2: April 1 - May 12
Q3: July 1 - August 11
Q4: October 1 - November 10

Quarterly boxes are ordered and mailed out during the following dates:
Q1: February 15 - March 31
Q2: May 15 to June 30
Q3: August 15 to September 30
Q4: November 15 to December 30.
