All Hartists get a quarterly box and you need to fill this form out once a quarter during the dates below.  There is a weekend each quarter (over the second Saturday of the second month of each quarter) where you can come to this page and pick your preference of the kits and then confirm your mailing address.

On the form below, you will pick one box for this quarter and confirm your mailing address for this quarter.

All Hartist Packages are sent once a quarter
Q1: February 15 to March 31
Q2: May 15 to June 30
Q3: August 15 to September 30
Q4: November 15 to December 30.
