dAFi ‘Rules of Conduct’:

Mission: Energize Disabled Through Art

All Hartists and individuals affiliated with dAFi agree to abide by the following Rules of Conduct:

Hartist ‘Rules of Conduct’:

Upon notification of Active Status with Disabled Artist Foundation, Inc., the Hartist agrees to abide by the following Rules of Conduct:

A) They will not be obscene, hateful, inflammatory, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive or fraudulent in any way

B) They will not promote violence or discrimination, promote or endorse any illegal activity or otherwise be objectionable; be defamatory or an invasion of an individual’s right to privacy

C) They will not mock or denigrate others' religious beliefs, involve themselves in sensitive political topics, or stigmatize national leaders or religious leaders

D) They will not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party including copyrights trademarks database rights, any rights of confidentiality or any similar rights; attempt to or purport to impersonate any person or misrepresent the identity, affiliation or connection to any other person

E) They will not include hyperlinks or connections to third party websites that may contain viruses, Trojans, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any device software, hardware, or network

F) They will not reveal details that enable you or anyone else to be identified or contacted outside of the group. Financial information of any kind is strictly confidential and should not be discussed or exchanged. This is for everyone’s own protection.

G) They will look for the positive areas of how we grow together in a positive way. The Hartists all know and accept that the volunteers of dAFi are all doing the best they can.

Any breach of this conduct henceforth will result in a warning and or immediate termination of Active Hartist status, refusal of acceptance into any dAFi program and/or ejection from the dAFi Community. All done at the discretion of the board when reviewing the matter.

We support these strengths with INCLUSIVEness at every level of our foundation providing a safe place for differences and to promote health and wellness well beyond the grasp of our foundation. Our Hartists and Angels feel safe within our program because we are DISCREET and protect their privacy rights; we expect all who are connected to this foundation to uphold this key value.
