To earn CREDITS FOR THE HAUCTIONS …

Be sure you have your credits mailed or submitted to
dAFi using the label that is provided in a plastic sleeve on your quarterly box. Sometimes it may take a while to process incoming Hauction items, but you will know your total Hauction credits in the week of the Hauction. in January, April, July, and October (the same months as the Hauctions).
Hauctions 4pm Friday- end Noon Sunday

1/12 - 1/14 Q1 Hauction - all credits Postmarked by 12/15 
4/12 - 4/14 Hauction - all credits Postmarked by 3/15
7/12 - 7/14 Hauction - all credits Postmarked by 6/15 
10/11 - 10/13 Hauction - all credits Postmarked by 9/15
1/10/25-1/12/25 Hauction - all credits Postmarked by 12/15 

We cover the postage once a QUARTER if you’re mailing these to us. A label is automatically provided for you for the items you wish to send in to earn Hauction Credits.  You find this label in your quarterly Hartist Package. You simply use the same packaging you received your Hartist items (or a smaller package) and put the preprinted label OVER the label that brought you the package. Then mail the package however you normally do with the United States Postal Service. Please note that once you receive the label, it is only good for 20 days. You also can mail us your items using any other shipping form you prefer, we just don’t pay for those.

Never include your email, phone number, address or other way to contact you directly on the items - This protects you AND the angels that support dAFi.

  • Hand-dyed Papers (Eco-dyed, Coffee Dyed, etc..)

**For 1-3 Credits each - depends how many layers and detail (MAIL THESE)

  • Painty Papers (like with a gelli plate or by hand/brush)

  • Handmade Jewelry or Charms

  • Single signature booklet / inserts

**For 4+ Credits each - all HANDMADE by you depends how many layers and detail

  • Journal 2-6 signatures 10+

  • Sculpture 4+ credits

  • Hand-sewn or Machine sewn products 4+ credits

  • Finished and auctionable Painting 4+ credits

  • Large Paper Crafted item from 4x4x1 up to 12x12x3 4+ credits

  • Fiber art item - finished - 4+ credits

Note: you may not receive credit for items that are larger than the 13x13x4 box.
